At St. John Neumann Center, our dedicated recreation department understands the importance of socializing and forging friendships, all while keeping active, which is why they provide our residents with a stimulating variety of recreation programs on an individual, small, and large group basis. The Director of Therapeutic Recreation plans a monthly schedule of activities, programs, and special events, including, musical entertainment, games, gardening, craft projects, movies, pet therapy, inter-generational activities, and community outings. Additionally, upon admission, our therapeutic recreation staff determines activity interest by completing activities assessments, which are used to develop individualized programs for residents.
